1) Item is ship by Gdex courier service or our own transport is depending on the buyer’s location.
2) Please private message (pm) us if you need call before delivery service. We will put the remark in shipping label.
3) Please inform us as early as possible if you need to put remark on shipping label. We cannot do amendment after the items been shipped.
Warranty
1) All the items are shipping out before quality control checked and therefore 99.9% guarantee no missing wood. Therefore, we will not responsible for any wood missing.
2) We will take fully responsible for damaged wood of the cabinet whereas buyer must inform us on or before 7 working days.
3) We are not responsible for the mirror defects if not affect the functions of the cabinet.
